Opti.View is a tool for converting and analysing GoBD data, designed for business managers and auditors. Unlike Opti.List, the data is not archived here, but converted to comply with the reporting standard. Specifically, data from any software programme that outputs data in the form of a .csv \(comma-separated values\) file or a „flat“ Excel file can be imported into Opti.View, processed and exported in the GDPdU description standard format.

This source data could also be a dump from any database. Furthermore, data output in the description standard can be imported, processed and re-exported with additional information. You can then analyse your data not only in IDEA, but also in InfoZoom. These software products are not included in the package and must be purchased separately. In this course, you will learn how to carry out this process step by step using Opti.View.
