The new ‘ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS’ module uses data from financial accounting to produce annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) in the Opti.Tax taxonomy software can be produced. What is unique is the production of annual accounts based on taxonomy in XBRL format.

The advantage of preparing annual accounts using taxonomy-based software, irrespective of the data format on which the financial accounting is based, is obvious: XBRL is the international standard for digital reporting of financial, performance, risk and compliance information. No more media breaks – any annual accounts generated using the Opti.Tax taxonomy software can, in principle, be used for subsequent electronic transmission; the only requirements to be taken into account are the specific requirements of the receiving interfaces:

  • Financial administration: e-balance sheet,
  • Federal Gazette: Disclosure, Filing,
  • Credit sector: DiFin.
