The Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision has developed an online test entitled „The Road to the GDPR – Self-Assessment“.

A test to give you an initial idea

The test is intended to be a light-hearted assessment of where you stand on the long and, admittedly, arduous journey towards properly implementing data protection requirements. As a result, each participant will receive a detailed analysis of their selected answers, as well as a description of how, in our view, the requirements should be implemented.

In a brief tour of all EU Member States, you will be asked 28 questions – each with three possible answers – on key GDPR topics, and at the end you will be told in detail whether you are already „well on the way“ to compliance or still need to take further action.
