Subscription Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions supplement the General Terms and Conditions of hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH, available at www.hsp-software.de/agb/. In the event of any inconsistencies, the specific details provided during the ordering process and in the order confirmation shall take precedence over these subscription terms and conditions.

Scope of Services
The subject matter of the subscription is the provision of the Opti.Tax Cloud licence selected during the relevant ordering process, including the functions, user licences and storage and usage capacities specified therein.

Conclusion of the contract
During the upgrade process, the customer selects the desired licence. Before submitting the order, the scope of services, price, billing cycle, contract term, renewal and cancellation terms are displayed. By clicking the clearly labelled ‘Order’ button, the customer submits a binding offer to take out the subscription. hsp confirms the conclusion of the contract by email.

Prices and Payment
The prices shown during the ordering process apply, plus statutory VAT. Billing takes place at the intervals specified there via the payment service provider used. Accepted payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.

Term, renewal and termination
The subscription begins on the date specified during the ordering process and in the order confirmation. It runs for the minimum term agreed there and is subsequently renewed for the renewal period specified therein, unless it is cancelled within the time limit stated during the ordering process. Cancellation can be made via the subscription management section or in writing to info@hsp-software.de take place.

Trial period
Where a free trial period is offered, it ends automatically at the end of the trial period shown. Charges will only apply if the customer takes out a paid subscription before the trial period ends.

Changes to your subscription
Any extensions, reductions or other changes to the subscription shall take effect in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the relevant amendment process. Where additional costs are incurred in taking over an existing project, these will be shown separately before the binding order is placed.
