The Opti.Tax e-balance sheet software from hsp GmbH has been integrated into SoftENGINE GmbH’s financial accounting software under the name „eBilanz für BüroWARE“

eBilanz for BüroWARE: The new software solution

The Income Tax Act stipulates that, with effect from 1 January 2013, requires that the balance sheet and the profit and loss account be submitted electronically to the tax office. SoftENGINE GmbH has integrated the Opti.Tax e-balance sheet software, developed by hsp, into its existing financial accounting software under the name eBilanz for BüroWARE. Customers benefit from this integration through ongoing developments and adaptations in line with changes in the law.

The eBilanz software for BüroWARE meets all legal requirements and can submit tax-relevant data to the tax office in the prescribed taxonomy in XBRL format. Once the accounts have been mapped to taxonomy items, the software enables the tax balance sheet to be prepared, validated and submitted by making additional entries. Alternatively, the commercial balance sheet can also be reported using a reconciliation statement. Once the annual accounts data has been validated and checked for plausibility, it can be submitted electronically to the tax office at the click of a mouse.
