E-learning course: Internal Control System (ICS)
Every company’s dream: optimised processes. The focus is often on smooth and agile processes, but what about the security of these processes? An ICS aims to ensure secure processes, so that they are protected from external and internal influences and the risk of manipulation is minimised as far as possible. Every company should have a functioning ICS in place.
The total duration of the course is broken down as follows:
- 3 hours of e-learning to learn the basics
- Up to 120 minutes of coaching spread over two live calls with Viktor
