MESONIC Software GmbH is expanding its software range to include the e-balance sheet solution from hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH,

hsp + MESONIC = Partnership

hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH has developed the Opti.Tax e-balance sheet software to meet the requirements of the relevant legislation. MESONIC Software GmbH and hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH have entered into an integration partnership. hsp’s software has been integrated into the WINLine® FIBU financial accounting software under the name WINLine® E-Bilanz D. Customers benefit from this partnership, particularly when there are changes to the law.

The WINLine® E-Bilanz D e-balance sheet software enables compliance with the new regulations set out in the Income Tax Act. Following validation and a plausibility check, the data can be submitted to the tax office in the prescribed taxonomy and in XBRL format.

Ms Strangmann, E-Bilanz project manager at MESONIC Software GmbH, says of the project: „In hsp, we have found a competent partner with whom we were able to seamlessly integrate the system into our WINLine® FIBU. We chose hsp because the company was already well ahead of the curve in terms of implementing the legal requirements. By integrating the hsp tool, we were able to continue focusing our development resources on our core business and to provide our users with a suitable solution for preparing electronic balance sheets as early as this summer. Our customers therefore benefit in two ways from our decision.“

Under the Income Tax Act, companies must submit their annual financial statements electronically to the tax office from the start of the financial year beginning 1 January 2013. Balance sheets and profit and loss accounts must be received by the relevant tax authority in XBRL format, using a prescribed taxonomy, by the specified deadline.
