mps public solutions gmbh and hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH have entered into an integration partnership in the field of e-balance sheets and procedural documentation in accordance with GoBD. The mps ACCOUNTING solution suite, designed for the care and healthcare sectors as well as energy suppliers and public sector organisations, was developed, amongst other things, for the transmission of Electronic balance sheet and disclosure in the Federal Gazette has been enhanced with the functionalities of Opti.Tax OEM.

Opti.Tax OEM makes it easy for customers to submit their e-balance sheet and disclose their commercial balance sheet to the Federal Gazette. The solution from hsp GmbH allows the e-balance sheet to be prepared, validated and submitted without any problems. This comprehensive and intuitive software is constantly being expanded and updated. This ensures that even non-taxable in-house operations and commercial enterprises are equipped to submit their e-balance sheets electronically for the first time for financial years beginning after 31 December 2014.

The latest development for creating Procedural documentation Compliance with GoBD and the EU GDPR complements the product range. The system is based on taxonomies developed specifically for this purpose. Using an interview-style mode, both internal managers and optional external contributors enter their data in a structured format. At the end of the process, they receive a complete document. Individual taxonomy items can be flagged for follow-up, ensuring that the documentation is always up to date.
