In version 19.1, hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH has added key features to its taxonomy software, Opti.Tax, thereby responding promptly to customer requests. A key component is the addition of the module for the Digital Financial Report (DiFin), in order to capture, process and transmit the accounting data in XBRL format to participating banks.
The Taxonomy Update
Another key feature of the new release is the update of the Elster Rich Client (ERiC) to version 29.4.2.0. It carries out various validity checks before data is transmitted and handles communication with the tax authority’s servers. With version 19.1, users now have access to the Taxonomy 6.1 This includes a guide for the 2018 e-balance sheet, which can be validated and submitted via the updated ERiC interface. In addition, an updated live validation feature and the ability to view validation notes on a line-by-line basis within tables are now available. Finally, the taxonomies in the Documentation, Annual Accounts and Federal Gazette modules have been expanded.
Opti.Tax multi-tool
hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH has developed the software Opti.Tax Developed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It helps users to comply with electronic obligations relating to financial reporting, whilst at the same time creating added value for their own business by helping to increase profitability and efficiency. With Opti.Tax, users can effortlessly import their data from source systems, enrich it and submit it electronically. The taxonomies – which are often difficult to read and are updated annually – are kept up to date and can be populated easily and conveniently. hsp is fully committed to user-friendly operation with a wide range of functions that support the creation of accurate electronic data records.
Opti.Tax Release 19 was released back in December 2018. hsp is planning the follow-up release, 19.2, for late June or early July.
