Sage Software GmbH is integrating the e-balance sheet software from hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH into its financial accounting solutions.

Once the grace period has expired, all companies whose financial year begins after 31 December 2012 are obliged to submit their annual accounts electronically to the relevant tax authority. The Income Tax Act stipulates that balance sheets and profit and loss accounts must be submitted in accordance with a specific taxonomy.

The E-Balance Sheet add-on package

Sage Software GmbH has integrated the Opti.Tax e-balance sheet solution from hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH. The Sage e-balance sheet can be purchased as an add-on package for the financial accounting solutions Sage Office Line Evolution 2013, Sage New Classic 2013 and GS-Office 2013. The Sage E-Bilanz add-on package prepares the data for electronic transmission in accordance with the taxonomy, checks it for plausibility and sends it to the tax office in the prescribed XBRL format.
