Course overview
Why this course?
In this course, we will show you, step by step, how to prepare annual accounts in Opti.Tax and how to submit them to a bank as a digital financial report.
Secure your competitive edge and further your professional development with the help of lecturers who are experts in their field!
The Digital Financial Report, or DiFin for short. The Digital Financial Report is a standardised transmission procedure for the digital submission of annual accounts to credit institutions. Thanks to the Digital Financial Report, these can be submitted electronically, rather than handing over voluminous paper documents as was previously the case.
The information is therefore immediately available to the bank or building society and can be processed automatically. If your bank or building society asks you to submit annual accounts as a digital financial report for the creditworthiness check required by law, you, as an Opti.Tax user, can agree to this.
What can you expect from the course?
First of all, we will explain how a digital financial report actually works and discuss the basics of how to prepare one. We will then set up a project, including a client. Next, we will assign the master data and maintain it in Opti.Tax.
The very essence of digital financial reporting is undoubtedly the closing entry. That is why this is also a topic covered in the e-learning course.
Finally, we’ll show you how to add appendices to the digital financial report in Opti.Tax, using the feature that allows you to generate the Federal Gazette and e-balance sheet directly, after which the digital financial report is then sent.
