Tax advisers as crisis managersIn the fourth episode of his podcast series, law firm strategist Daniel Terwersche speaks to Ines Scholz, owner of the firm Ines Scholz Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH in Zwickau. The firm has long since digitised many of its processes, and communication with clients takes place almost exclusively electronically. In addition to tax consultancy, the firm specialises in succession planning and start-up consultancy.

Not just a book about the crisis

In conversation with Terwersche, it becomes clear that the book project has provided fresh inspiration and motivation for everyone involved. In particular, Scholz explains why the book has not merely become a ‘crisis book’, but will retain its relevance far beyond the pandemic. Processes initiated today could prove to be a lifeline for law firms and clients tomorrow. Scholz also discusses the in-house developed software, Cheftresor®, with Terwersche.
