Module 1 (10 topics), including the role of the moderator, common mistakes in moderation, advantages and disadvantages, and communication techniques

Module 2 (9 topics), including questioning techniques to elicit specific details, techniques to encourage discussion, reflection and assessment

Module 3 (14 topics), including interview techniques such as introductory rounds, card-based questioning, clustering and group discussions, and vernissages
