The dynamic Hamburg-based software company hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH is strengthening its partnership with Syska Gesellschaft für betriebliche Datenverarbeitung mbH from Karlsruhe. Following the e-balance sheet module, Syska is now adding the Hamburg-based company’s documentation module to its product portfolio. Both solutions represent valuable additions to Syska’s in-house developments. This creates a win-win situation for both parties.
Hamburg-based software company hsp continues to expand its partner network
The successful collaboration between the two companies began back in 2012, when Syska integrated Opti.Tax into its portfolio. It is marketed as an OEM version under the name Syska E-Bilanz. The range is now being expanded to include the module Documentation (Opti.Tax Documentation) expanded, which will be sold as Syska documentation.
„We are delighted to be further strengthening our partnership with Syska,“ says hsp Managing Director Paul Liese. With the new software module, Syska will enhance the value it offers its customers. Opti.Tax.Doku enables, on the one hand, the creation of clear procedural documentation using predefined structures and sample texts to draw up. Procedural documentation is, amongst other things, mandatory for all businesses that keep accounts. It enables a tax inspector to understand, for example, how (electronic) supporting documents are processed and protected against alteration and manipulation.

Now available: GDPR documentation
Furthermore, the hsp documentation module makes it possible to create data protection documentation, which makes the work of both internal and external data protection officers easier. They can document matters more easily, generate reports for senior management with minimal effort, and use the tool to allocate internal tasks. With the GDPR, data protection is has come to the fore in many organisations – not least because of the severe penalties for failing to do so.
„Many of our customers already have the e-balance sheet module. We are now adding the important procedural documentation“, says Markus Schäfer, Sales Manager at Syska. As a promoter and sales partner of hsp, the Karlsruhe-based software company aims to further increase its turnover with this new tool, having already successfully sold hsp’s e-balance sheet tool. In this way, Syska is opening up a new and highly interesting target group for hsp.
hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH already maintains a large network of partners, including Creditreform, Truststone and audicon.
