This was followed by a rudimentary method of recording information using a Word document; however, this approach eventually reached its limits. Over the following years, the template was progressively developed and refined. Various challenges arose even at the stage of populating the document, such as coordinating with clients. Furthermore, it proved particularly difficult to analyse the documents effectively.
