It provides a central platform for organising and storing sensitive end-of-life planning data in a structured manner.

2. Who is the Digital End-of-Life Plan suitable for?

Elegant Elements is an add-on for the Fusion Builder plugin.

3. What documents can be included in the end-of-life care file?

These include, amongst other things: powers of attorney for healthcare, advance healthcare directives, custody orders, guardianship orders, personal wishes, checklists, digital estate information and login details.

4. Is the digital end-of-life plan legally sound?

Yes. The file meets high standards of data protection (GDPR-compliant) and legal validity. It can be used in the context of legal advice and in compliance with professional regulations.

5. How does the collaboration between the law firm and the client work?

The law firm creates or organises the file in collaboration with the client. Both parties have access to the file via a web platform. Access is controlled, with access rights granted as required.

6. What are the advantages of a digital end-of-life care plan over a paper one?

Digital accessibility, structured documentation, a high level of security, ease of updating, location-independent access, and reminder functions for necessary updates or deadlines.

7. Can the care plan be passed on to third parties?

The file can be set up initially by the law firm and then populated in collaboration with the client. Alternatively, the client can start the process independently and seek assistance if required.
