Opti.Tax Doku provides a technical guide to compiling general procedural documentation, as well as an increasing number of specialised templates, e.g. for cash management in accordance with the requirements of cash register audits. Why were you looking for a software solution for process documentation?
As a tax consultancy, we would like to offer our clients more services relating to the preparation of procedural documentation. To this end, we have been looking for a software solution.
Why did you choose us, or rather Opti.Tax.Doku?
At the moment, you’re still more or less the only ones on the market. We looked at the DATEV solution, but it didn’t convince us at all. Your solution impressed us far more.

Through internet research.
How satisfied have you been with the solution so far?
We haven’t really got to grips with it yet, as we’re still waiting for the next update with the text suggestions.
