hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH has been awarded the „Idee voraus Prize 2012“. As part of the IP4B Group, Norderstedt Marketing e.V. selected the winner.

One step ahead

At a formal awards ceremony, the IP4B Group was presented with the „Idee voraus Prize 2012“. The award was presented by the Chairman of the Board, Mr Stefan Witt, and the Senior Councillor, Mr Thomas Bosse, and was accepted by Ms Andrea Tiedemann and Mr Marco Grimmig on behalf of the Managing Director, Paul Liese. Under the motto „This company is one idea ahead!“, Norderstedt Marketing e.V. organised this competition for the fourth time. The focus this time was on corporate culture in practice. A positive working atmosphere, mutual respect, support and a high level of innovation are the hallmarks of the winning company.

„All of these are essential criteria these days for motivated employees and, consequently, for a company’s long-term success,“ explained Deputy Mayor Thomas Bosse in his opening speech. Stefan Witt, Chairman of the Board of Norderstedt Marketing e.V., added: „Our town, with its 75,000 residents, demonstrates the diversity and entrepreneurial spirit it possesses. This project has impressed us, because IP4B has created something we can all be proud of. This example also highlights Norderstedt’s growth as a business hub.“

Company culture in action

To assess whether the required criteria were met, the competition jury visited three of the nominated companies in person, enabling them to experience the „corporate culture first-hand“. We are very proud of this and see it as confirmation that we are on the right track. Targeted staff development, building on our own strengths and the fact that no one is left to cope alone with their personal circumstances are what set our company apart. Our customers also sense this motivation and innovative spirit, and are reassured day after day that they have found a high-performing and trustworthy partner in us.
