TimeLine® Financials GmbH & Co. KG and hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH sealed their integration partnership with a Hanseatic handshake.

hsp GmbH has developed the Opti.Tax software for the transmission of e-balance sheets. The integration of both software systems – the TimeLine® Financial Accounting solution and the e-balance sheet software – as well as the relevant product training for staff will take place in the coming weeks. Under hsp’s partner model, support for users in the area of e-balance sheets is provided directly by the partner.

The E-Bilanz software generates either the commercial balance sheet with a reconciliation statement or the tax balance sheet, in accordance with the prescribed taxonomy in each case. The integrated Elster Rich Client (ERiC) carries out the plausibility check and sends the data to the tax office.

Under the ‘no-objection’ rule for 2012, the electronic submission of annual accounts data will now become mandatory for all companies from the start of the financial year following 31 December 2012.
