The new statutory regulations will come into full force following the expiry of the previous ‘no-objection’ rule for financial years beginning after 31 December 2012. Consequently, under the Income Tax Act, the submission of annual accounts data in electronic form is now mandatory.

hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH meets the legal requirements for e-balance sheets with its software, which was developed specifically for this purpose Opti.Tax software solution. Having been successfully integrated into adata’s financial accounting system, adata Software GmbH now offers a powerful, comprehensive solution for financial accounting. Data is submitted to the tax office in XBRL format.
