Opti.View is a flexible tool – it can be used in conjunction with Opti.List or on its own. Opti.View allows CSV files to be imported, analyses the data for errors and reports any errors found. In the next step, the data can be checked, column names assigned and totals reconciled. To prepare the data for the tax auditor and for use within the IDEA software, data types can be changed, primary keys defined and translation tables created. Finally, the data is exported via the GDPdU export function.

Opti.View: Many tasks, one tool

As an alternative to importing CSV or AIS files, Opti.View offers the GDPdU import function. Provided your existing ERP system supports GDPdU exports in accordance with the specification standard, this data can be loaded into Opti.View via the GDPdU import function. With its integrated analysis software, InfoZoom, Opti.View provides the most user-friendly software for checking your own data. This means you are aware of the quality of your data before the tax inspector arrives and can prepare for their visit.

As a final feature, Opti.View offers the option to export data Opti.List. Analyse your data as described above and then use the Opti.List export function. Opti.View generates a CSV file and an XML file. Both files are saved in the specified transfer directory. When Opti.List regularly scans the transfer directories to check for new data, the XML file is analysed. Based on the information stored in this file, the CSV file is archived and stored in the archive structure.
