Industrial Application Software GmbH and hsp Handels-Software-Partner GmbH have entered into a partnership focusing on e-balance sheets

Opti.Tax: The software for e-financial statements

The annual accounts for financial years beginning after 31 December 2011 must be submitted electronically to the tax authorities. hsp, a provider of compliance solutions, took part in the trial phase for the introduction of the e-balance sheet and developed the Opti.Tax e-balance sheet software. hsp’s software was integrated via an interface with the existing caniasERP software from Industrial Application Software GmbH (IAS).

caniasERP: the all-in-one solution

The end-to-end solution caniasERP transmits the account balances to Opti.Tax. The software processes the data in accordance with the required taxonomy, checks it for plausibility and submits it in the prescribed format (XBRL). Since the integration, caniasERP users have been able to submit their balance sheets and profit and loss accounts electronically to the tax office.
